Our Organisation

Aj Awineleb’Re Tzuul Taq’a  is working according to the motto “help to help yourself”.

This means that the Association always involves people of the communities, they provide local resources and a financial  budget to achieve a better life..

For the process of training participative methods are used:

• training in action – learning by doing

• to maize cobs – using available local knowledge/resources

• peasant farmers -  exchanging their experiences

• ECAS – apprenticeship in the field

 

 

The process of training seeks to equip leaders and leading communities so that they are well prepared to pass on their own experiences and are able to accompany other communities.
